May 2002 to present, Michael W. Malott has been the Chief Executive Officer of Forex Direct Trading, DBA Semper Pacific Wealth Strategies, an investment advisory firm. Prior to Semper Pacific Wealth Strategies, Michael served in the United States Marine Corps. Which during his service and upon leaving active duty earned and received a Honorable discharge. Throughout his time as an active duty service member and combat related war campaigns, Michael graciously accepted several awards, medals and citations including those for meritorious service.
In 2012, Michael also Founded the award winning Veterans Green Projects, which strives to create “Work Off The Battlefield" for those who served and families in need. In 2015, Veterans Green Projects was awarded the JP Morgan Chase Mission Main Street Grant where only 20 out of over 35,000 competing businesses were selected. Veterans Green Projects has received Congressional Recognition as well as standout recognition by the Mayor’s Office along with District Senators. As recently as 2019 Michael was award, by The Rosie Network, The Military Veteran Entrepreneur of the year. 1997 (to present), he has been a federally licensed futures broker/commodity trading advisor in good standing with the federal regulatory authorities. As a CTA member, Michael believes the only way to do business is through transparency and maintaining an extremely high level of ethics.
Sergio Santoro, served 20 years honorably in United States Marines Corps. On active duty, Master Sergeant Santoro held numerous positions such as Senior Enlisted Advisor, Resource Evaluation and Analysis Officer, and Citi-bank Credit-Card Program Manager. Also, selected as Chief Instructor for the Formal School Instructors Course; Master Sergeant Santoro was responsible for the seamless and uninterrupted operations of academic instruction provided to 20,000 recruits annually. Finally, he served as an official Marine Corp Certified Curriculum Developer, (instrumental in leading the team that created the Senior Instructors Course for the Marine Corps; used to propagate and enforce positive ethical related behavior) for future Senior Non-Commissioned Officer leaders.
Upon separation from active duty, Sergio approached one of his passions he inserted himself into the community by volunteering his time and being selected to consult as a school site council member for Paloma Elementary School, while concurrently holding a board position in the school on the Parent Teacher Organization. (P.T.O.) With the school board confidence, he was asked to represent Paloma Elementary again at the district, as the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) representative. Furthermore, while at Paloma; he introduced, cultivated, and managed the Dads of Great Students (D.O.G.S.) program. Additionally, Dr. Santoro was asked to teach, and lead Paloma’s Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (S.T.E.M.) program. Dr. Santoro is asked occasionally to consult on products relating to children S.T.E.M. initiatives, by recruiters representing companies with related products.
Dr. Sergio Santoro holds a Doctorate in Business from Argosy University, Orange County; Master’s in Business Administration from Walden University, Minneapolis Minnesota; Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from National University, San Diego.Lorraina Aguirre, is a native Southern Californian who stems from City of Encinitas. Ms. Aguirre brings with her experiences in Small Business Structuring, Book Keeping, and Accounting. She is a small business owner of Aguirre’s’ Tax Service which has served the community for over 31 years. Her services include tax preparation for Federal, State; Organizations in Small Business, Corporate, Nonprofit, and sole Individuals. Lorraina is an experience negotiator specifically in areas of Offer in Compromise and performed detailed Internal/ External Audits and IRS Examinations. Additionally, she is a devoted Community Service Provider; served for 14 years as a Senior Behavior Therapist for an Early Intervention Program sponsored by San Marcos Unified School District. Lorraina, other accomplishments include raising four children as a single working full-time mother and being the first member in her family to graduate college. Ms Aguirre, is a graduate of Palomar College; with an Associate Applied Science Degree in Human Behavioral Science and earned several Certificates in Dietitian Management, Food Handler Management, and License Vocational Nurse.
Ferdinand R. Agpaoa served in the United States Navy honorably as a Commission Officer for a period of 14 years - 4 years active and 10 years in the Navel Reserves. On active duty, he served as a junior officer aboard the USS Tarawa (LHA-1) where he served as the Electrical Division Officer and Deck Division Officer. During that time, the USS Tarawa was deployed to the first Persian Gulf War and participated in Operation Desert Storm with a follow up tour participation in Operation Desert Shield. After active duty, Mr. Agpaoa joined the Naval Reserves and was assigned to the following reserve unit commands: Commander Amphibious Group Three, Naval Coordination and Protection of Shipping reserve unit, and Command Strike Force Training Pacific. Throughout Lieutenant Commander Agpaoa’s military career he served in a multitude of departmental head roles which included Administrative Officer, Operations Officer, Management Information System Officer, and Training Officer.
Upon separation from active duty and during his time in the naval reserves, Mr. Agpaoa pursued an avid business career for many years that included international money transfers, health care services, tax preparation and beer brewery startup. His business roles include: Agpaoa Tax Services, Licensed Tax Preparer; Maniflo Money Exchange, Inc, General Manager and Chief Compliance Officer, Managing Partner of Kamelya Home Health, Inc; and Investor and Brand Ambassador for Novo Brazil Brewing Company. Additionally, Mr. Agpaoa, holds a Law Degree (J.D.) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego; Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
Master Sergeant (MSgt) Robert Ulz of Kirkwood, Missouri served 26 years in the United States Marine Corps. MSgt Ulz was assigned to the 13th Marine Amphibious Unit, served as a radio operator and radio supervisor, and participated in various exercises and operations during deployments to the Western Pacific. Due to his assertiveness and attention to detail, his superiors selected him to serve in the capacity of a Radio Instructor for the Basic Communications Officer Course, Advanced Communications Officers Course, and the MCCDC SNCO Academy Quantico, Virginia. With a passion for service MSgt Ulz served as a Canvassing Recruiter and Officer Selection Assistant for Recruiting Station Twin Cities, Minnesota. Other notable assignments: Squadron Radio Chief for Marine Wing Support Squadron 171, Iwakuni Japan, Battalion Radio Chief for 1st Landing Support Battalion, 1st FSSG, and Communications Chief for the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit Service Support Group. Through advancements in his military career and the need to strengthen the Marine Enlisted Corps, MSgt Ulz decided to accept multiple positions as a Career Planner. His assignments included MALS 16, MCAS Miramar and Career Planning NCOIC for 3rd MAW. He was hand-selected for the redeveloped Career Planner Course where he served as a Group Advisor / Instructor.
Following his tour as an instructor, MSgt Ulz was reassigned as the SNCOIC for Career Planning with 1st Marine Logistics Group where he deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom. MSgt Ulz was reassigned upon his return from Iraq to Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps, Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Manpower Management Branch, to serve as an Enlisted Assignments Monitor, Occupational Field Sponsor, and as a member of the USMC Inspector General’s Staff. MSgt Ulz’s final tour was as the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Career Planner. Upon separation from service Retired MSgt Ulz accepted a position with SPAWAR in San Diego, CA. as a Program Management Specialist, where he was responsible for staffing requirements for more than 650 U.S. Navy reserve slots nationwide. Robert, as an avid supporter for veterans and their families, volunteered selfless time as the Social Media Coordinator for Blue Star Families and Military Consultant for La Jolla Playhouse’s “Home of the Brave”. Additionally, Mr. Robert Ulz holds training and certifications in Persuasive Presentations for Sales Professionals, Tools for Coaching Excellence, Curriculum Developer School, Professional Selling Skills, Interpersonal Communication Skills, and Professional Sales Coaching, along with extensive military formal schools in Leadership Development, Workforce Management, Recruiting, Policy Implementation, and Program Management. Robert was awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for providing over 150 volunteer service hours in 2018.
